Education Counsellor (part-time)

Key Responsibility:
- Provide accurate and up-to- date information and advice to international students
wanting to study in Australia

- Assist international students in all the processes of their study placement in Australia

- Support Beyond Study Center’s activities that aim to assist international students
living in Australia

- Coordinate and cooperate internally with other staff and branches

- Regularly update information with stakeholders and provide updates to content
management team when needed to ensure the flow of information is consistent

- Manage students relationship efficiently both before and after their enrolments

- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship with relevant stakeholders

- Make sure international students understand the relevant policies and adapt well in
settling in Australia

- Understand the importance of Community Engagement and how to implement
relevant plans and activities

- Display the professional attitude while at work

- Attend meetings with other relevant parties and be a part of planning and creating
innovative ideas to support Beyond Study and the community

- Liaise with relevant stakeholders with a professional manner

Selection Criteria:

- Can communicate efficiently in English and Thai, particularly written and spoken
English

- Experience working in the education industry is a plus

- University students are welcome to apply

- Good interpersonal skill

- Sound knowledge of the Australian education industry

- Presentable

- Excellent computer skills

- Possess a can do attitude

- Have the right to work in Australia at least 20 hours a week

- Detail-oriented, customer service focused, Goal oriented

- Able to work autonomously and as a part of a team
